After Sales Care
For Residential New-build Houses
NAAMEC has an after-sales policy which is inline with most of the housebuilders in the UK:
6 Month Snagging Service
NAAMEC offers a snagging service at 6 months after the sale completion date. This aims to cover reasonable and naturally-formed snags derived from the settlement of the building.
2 Year Builder’s Warranty
NAAMEC may cover major defects with the fixtures and fittings for up to 2 years following the sale completion date. This does not include any wear and tear, or cosmetic repairs.
10 Year Warranty Provided by Checkmate
Each new-build house is sold with a 10 year new home warranty insurance policy (“Castle 10”) from Checkmate.
As a rough summary, this policy may cover the cost of fixing damage caused by significant faults with certain structural or weather-proofing elements of the house.

Community Action
NAAMEC has worked with numerous youth groups, churches and sports teams in Swansea.
Most recently, it served as a supporter and a sponsor of the junior team at Vardre Rugby Club.
